We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone. Medmarc is and will remain open for business to assist you in meeting your insurance obligations. At this time our physical office in Virginia remains open; however, most of our associates are now working remotely. Each remote employee has full access to our systems and the capability of working from home just as they would in the office and are at the ready to service your account and/or claim. We will continue to monitor the situation and make you aware of any changes.
We ask our customers that to the extent possible, please take advantage of our electronic capabilities by eliminating/reducing any packages and mail deliveries to the Chantilly office. Please email submissions, documentation, invoices, and other types of communication if possible.
