Medmarc 2026 Annual Broker Meeting 

Medmarc hosted its brokers at The Untitled Hotel in the Music City of Nashville. The agenda was driven by 

a roster of excellent thought leaders from the life sciences, legal and insurance industry that covered the top issues and concerns of today and a discussion of where we are headed for 2027 and beyond.

We appreciate the time our brokers and carrier partners took to join us, learn more about the industry and share their knowledge on critical topics such as AI from a Litigation Perspective, Developments in Third-Party Litigation Funding, Emerging AI-Related Liability Issues and Their Implications for Medtech, and Foreign Clinical Trials. Our Medmarc team covered the Current Claims Environment, Risk Management: Regulatory Risk in a Changing Life Sciences Landscape and 2026 Update on the Life Sciences Industry.  

In addition to the educational sessions, the group participated in two networking events and the annual broker council dinner. Members of the Leading Edge broker group and the Medmarc team enjoyed an activity at Goo Goo Clusters, where they crafted their own treats to take home.
