Home-use medical devices offer users the ability to monitor their health and seek early treatment for serious illness. But what happens when a product that is created for use by medical professionals is converted into a home-use device for patients?

Nicole’s practice affords her extensive experience in both federal and state court, as well as arbitration matters.
