Susan Brice has over 25 years managing risk for clients. She regularly advises clients on and litigates regulatory issues, product liability claims, toxic tort lawsuits and environmental matters in federal, state and administrative tribunals. She focuses her practice on areas that have a scientific aspect and routinely works with experts in epidemiology, genomics, toxicology, engineering, chemical fate and transport and medicine. Ms. Brice is the co-lead of BCLP’s Toxic Tort Group as well as its Food and Beverage Team.

Zeke Katz’s is an attorney in BCLP’s Commercial Disputes group. He primarily focuses his practice on complex civil defense litigation involving a variety of subject matters.
