How do I access the portal?

  • AdHoc Loss Run Request: You can request for our internal support team to run a loss run via this linked form. Processing may take 1-2 business days. 
  • Personalized Support: Our team is available to assist you with the transition and answer any questions: medmarcweb@medmarc.com. Please note medmarcweb@medmarc.com cannot run loss run reports for you, so please only email this account for web support.
