Community Involvement
Every year during the holiday season, Medmarc gives an annual donation toward various community philanthropies—including healthcare organizations for children, therapeutic services, physicians, and more. Medmarc employees drive which community non-profit organizations to support throughout the year and then vote at the annual holiday event.

Charities selected for 2024:
- Angels for Alyssa
This is a non-profit dedicated to supporting medical research for methylmalonic acidemia, which is a rare genetic disorder of amino acid and odd-chain fatty acid metabolism. The mission is to raise awareness and find better treatments and/or a cure for this rare disease. The organization was founded by Dennis Meisel and his wife
Bonnie Meisel in honor of their daughter Alyssa. - Camp Sunrise
Camp Sunrise believes no child or family should experience childhood cancer alone. It is the support and compassion from our campers, volunteers, medical team, and staff that create the essence of Camp and bring us together each year. - Cure JM Foundation
Cure JM Foundation was established to find a cure for Juvenile Myositis. Their ultimate goal was to eradicate JM, so that no child would ever have to suffer from this insidious disease again. - Loudoun Breast Health Network
Their services provide financial assistance and physical and emotional support to those who were recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The Loudoun Breast Health Network (LBHN) has been an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization since June 2007. LBHN’s mission is to assist Loudoun County residents diagnosed with breast cancer through outreach and support. - The Sweet Julia Grace Foundation

To Bless, Celebrate, and Love children who are seriously ill, have special needs, or are currently facing a medical crisis. They grant wishes that bring joy and change lives, fill in gaps other services are unable to fill, and provide support with day-to-day needs for families going through the unimaginable with their child. The gifts they provide bring comfort and happiness; and oftentimes dramatically improve and change children’s lives. They call the children we serve raindancers!
Medmarc and their employees donated, packed, and delivered 206 packs of weekend food bags (1055 lbs. total) that were distributed to needy students participating in the Dulles South Food Pantry’s (DSFP) “Backpack Buddies” program.
We continue to support DSFP and its programs by hosting an annual food drive and donating funds during our annual Medmarc Give Back Campaign.
