Community Involvement

Every year during the holiday season, Medmarc gives an annual donation toward various community philanthropies—including healthcare organizations for children, therapeutic services, physicians, and more. Medmarc employees drive which community non-profit organizations to support throughout the year and then vote at the annual holiday event for 2022: 

Cure JM Foundation: https://www.curejm.org/ 

Cure JM Foundation was established to find a cure for Juvenile Myositis. Their ultimate goal was to eradicate JM, so that no child would ever have to suffer from this insidious disease again.

Loudoun Health Breast Network (LBHN) https://lbhn.org 

Loudoun Health Breast Network is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing support, resources, and comfort to anyone who has heard the words, “You have breast cancer.” 

Northern Virginia Dental Clinic: https://www.nvds.org/ 

A facility where low-income residents from throughout the Northern Virginia region can access oral health care services.

Sprout Therapeutic Riding and Education Center: https://sproutcenter.org/ 

Sprout is dedicated to changing lives through equine assisted activities and therapies. Sprout provides hope, healing, empowerment and recovery through partnerships with horses.

The Wills Eye Hospital: https://www.willseye.org/ 

The Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia Brady-Shields Endowed Chair in Ocular Oncology enables Wills Eye Hospital to protect and enhance the doctors’ legacies of exceptional care to patients who come to Wills Eye Hospital from all over the world.

Medmarc and their employees donated, packed, and delivered 206 packs of weekend food bags (1055 lbs. total) that was distributed to needy students participating in the Pantry’s “Backpack Buddies” program.
